Can you manufacture an Xbox 360 controller with a directional pad that isn't totally worthless?

It doesn't even have to be perfect. You could just make some bastardization where you use unholy magic or pixie dust to superglue a Sega Master System controller onto a 360 wireless controller. I don't even care at this point.

What would G.G. do?
